HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your items.
Please note that our weekday daytime and dinner menu is available from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, and 5pm to 9pm respectively. Our weekend brunch menu is available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, from 8.30am to 3.30pm.

2. Pick either delivery or self pick-up upon check out.
Please be sure to indicate your time of pick up or delivery in the notes before check out.

3. Submit your delivery details & contact information

4. Once submitted, wait for our team to reach out within 45 minutes during operational hours to confirm your order details!

Is my delivery slot confirmed immediately?
No. Please note that your delivery slot will only be confirmed when order payment has been made. Our team will be in touch to confirm the delivery slots available.

Is there a delivery lead time for orders?
Online delivery orders are to be made a day ahead before 7pm, and pre-order takeaways are to be made 30 mins in advance. If you've got a special request, feel free to drop us an email via hey@sarniescafe.com or call us directly - 8284 2146.

What is the minimum spend for free delivery?
Spend a minimum of $45 for Islandwide Free Delivery on your order. Do note that Free Delivery is calculated after applicable discounts on the final bill.
For orders below the minimum spend, there will be a $10 delivery charge. 
 
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you may pick up your order for free at our outlet. Please indicate the free pick up option when you are checking out.
 
Where’s my order? 
If your order isn't at your door within your delegated time slot, feel free to drop us an email via hellosg@sarnies.com drop us a text - 8284 2146.
 
Can I order things that are not available online?
For sure! If you'd like to place orders for our in-house menus, we welcome takeaways. Please feel free to pop by our cafe, or give us a call at  8284 2146 to pre-order the items for pick up.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

How do I know if my order is confirmed? 
You will receive a confirmation text from us directly to confirm your order, delivery slot and payment details within 45 minutes of submission. The order will be confirmed when payment has been fulfilled via our Whatsapp Business number and email. 

How do I pay?
Payment will be via either PayNow, PayPal or Bank Deposit. Our team will advise with payment details.

 

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Changes and Cancellations should be made at least 1 hour before the delivery time via text or call - 8284 2146.
 


GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do you deliver on Public Holidays?
Yes, we do! Do note that we serve our Weekend Brunch menu on public holidays.

How long can I keep the food for?
Egg and dairy products must be consumed within 3 hours. Dishes can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 12 hours. 

Are you on other Delivery Platforms?
Yes, we are on Grabfood, Foodpanda and Deliveroo too!
